Atlas Pension Administrators, Inc. ("APA") is a third-party administration firm providing retirement plan document, compliance and administrative services, including services as an ERISA section 3(16) plan administrator when agreed in writing. APA is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm or accounting firm, and does not provide investment, legal or tax advice.
Compensation and relationships
Our services, fees and any other compensation we receive in connection with a plan are described in our written service agreement and in the fee disclosure we provide to the plan's responsible fiduciary under ERISA section 408(b)(2). Any business relationship we have with another service provider to your plan that could present a conflict of interest will be disclosed to you in writing before you engage us.
We do not select or monitor a plan's investments or its investment adviser. Those decisions remain with the plan sponsor or the investment fiduciary it appoints.
Client portal
Our client portal is hosted by FTwilliam, a third-party software provider. Use of the portal is subject to FTwilliam's own terms and privacy practices.
