When you request a proposal or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, role, company name, business address, email address and phone number; details about your organization and retirement plan, such as number of employees, number of participants and approximate plan assets; any comments you include; and whether you've asked to receive updates from us.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives basic technical information when you visit or submit a form, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you came from. This is used to deliver the site and to filter spam.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers or participant personal information through this website. If we need plan or participant data, we'll provide a secure method for sharing it.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal;
- communicate with you about our services and your plan;
- send compliance reminders, educational content and information about services offered by APA and its affiliates;
- maintain records of our business relationships, including in customer relationship management (CRM) systems; and

Communications from APA and our affiliates
By submitting a form on this website, you agree that Atlas Pension Administrators, Inc. and its affiliates, meaning companies under common ownership or control with APA, may contact you by email, phone or mail about your inquiry and about related services they offer.
Every marketing email we send includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also opt out at any time by emailing jheise@apasupport.com or calling 603-581-7125. Opting out of marketing won't affect communications about services you've engaged us to provide.
